Inspired by the experiences of writer, director and star Jonah Feingold, this hysterical and heartwarming rom-com, focuses on 30-year-old New Yorker Leo Kadner (Feingold), who unexpectedly reconnects with Eva (Sarah Coffey), his Jewish summer-camp teen crush and decides it’s time to finally get around to that bar mitzvah. Though the idea is initially an opportunity to get her attention, Leo’s studies may be just what is needed to get him back on track to adulting. Jonah Feingold is a New York-based writer and director known for romantic comedies and humorous storytelling. He made his feature film debut with DATING & NEW YORK (2021), a modern twist on classic rom-coms, which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival. Feingold has also directed short films and series that explore themes of love, relationships and millennial dating culture.
