Film Submissions
Submissions to the 32nd annual Seattle Jewish Film Festival, March 6 – 21, 2027, are now open. For answers to the most commonly asked questions about submitting projects to the Festival, please visit our Film Freeway page. Read the Event Description to make sure your film submission meets our mission and read all Rules + Regulations thoroughly before you begin the process through Film Freeway. Deadline dates and submission fees are updated annually in May.
Submission Dates + Deadlines
- May 5, 2026: Submissions Open
- September 4, 2026: Early Submission Deadline
- October 16, 2026: Standard Deadline
- October 30, 2026: Late Deadline
- February 3, 2027: Notification Date
- March 6 – 21, 2027: Event Date
Submissions fee range: $20-40 per film, without discounts. Fees from Festival submissions help us keep the process as rigorous and democratic as possible and to further support the independent creative community.
