Ballard C. Boyd is a two-time Emmy Award–winning and Peabody Award–winning director and producer, based in New York City. He is a member of the Directors Guild of America since 2018 and was a segment director and producer for The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, where he directed over 200 segments across the show’s 11-season run, serving as his own cinematographer and editor.
