In-Person Walkups
- Please purchase online in advance to avoid lines at the box office and doors. For in-person events, please choose print-at-home or mobile tickets. There is no box office at SJCC. You may email or call 206-388-0833 for help with online or phone purchases.
- During the Festival: Walkups are welcome when the box office is open, 30 minutes before showtime until 30 minutes after screening starts.

Attendees and ticket purchasers agree to all SJCC terms and conditions below and at SJCC.org.
All sales final • No refunds • No exchanges • No credits
Sales: All in-person and virtual tickets are single admission. Virtual household tickets can be purchased for households of two of more to stream films together. For in-person films, ticket sales end 30 minutes after screening time or if a show is sold out. Late seating is discouraged and is at the house manager’s discretion. For virtual films, ticket sales end 2 hours before the streaming window closes or if the film is sold out. Package Holders (6-Pack, 8-Pack, VIP 8-Pack) purchasers and sponsors should keep this in mind and redeem selections early or you may not be able to attend or stream your chosen film(s).
Discount Pricing: Discount pricing applies to seniors 65+, students, and youth under 13. Half-price Senior Matinee (age 65+ only) discount is for in-person screenings only.
Processing Fees: Fees of $0.99 + 2.5% per ticket or $2.99 + 2.5% per pass/package apply to all purchases. Fees apply to all sales; there are no fees for complimentary tickets.
Support SJFF! Donations are tax-deductible: All donations made through our ticketing system are tax-deductible. Your receipt contains the Stroum Jewish Community Center’s Tax ID number and serves as your tax receipt for the amount donated. Thank you! Any questions, contact Marla Goldberg.
Sold out or can’t buy a ticket? In-person screenings can sell out, and some virtual films have caps on the number of views. We encourage you to purchase your tickets or redeem your packs early. Some films can only be watched in designated geographic regions (determined by your IP address). Many are limited to Washington State. You will not be able to purchase tickets within two (2) hours of when a film’s streaming window closes (check film schedule).
Standby tickets (in-person films): When a film sells out of advanced tickets, it becomes “Standby Only” and may still be available at the door. Approximately, 15 minutes before the scheduled start time, after pass holders go in, ticket buyers on the standby line will be admitted based on availability inside the theater. Standing in the standby line does not guarantee admittance to the theater. Please look for signs to get in the designated standby line or ask the box office or an usher. Once all advanced and standby tickets are released, a show is sold out.
Staff comps: Check with a member of the SJFF team for this year’s staff comp code—this perk is available to all current SJCC staff members, whether you work a few hours, part-time or full-time. Each film has a limited number of staff comps, so please limit usage to a few films you plan to attend or watch online.
Accessible captioning: Foreign language(s) films listed as having “English subtitles” are likely to be fully captioned but independent films in English and foreign films with portions in English are generally not captioned for the English portion. We regrettably do not have any way to turn on captions nor offer captioning for streaming films/Zooms at this time.
Photography/video: Guests, ticket purchasers, and festival attendees agree to be photographed/videotaped/broadcast during any Zoom programs where patrons are visible; however, most Zoom programs are webinars, where participant video and microphone functions are disabled. If you do not wish to be photographed/videotaped/broadcast, please make sure you join a Zoom with your device camera disabled and microphone muted.
